Webflow allows a limited number of static (regular) pages per project, separate from CMS-generated content.
1. Static Page Limit in Webflow
- The maximum number of regular (static) pages you can create on any Webflow site is 100 pages per project.
- This limit applies to all Webflow plans, including free and paid tiers.
- Static pages include Home, About, Contact, and any other manually added pages that aren’t CMS or eCommerce collection pages.
2. What’s Not Included
- CMS Collection Pages don’t count toward the 100-page static limit.
- Ecommerce Product or Category Pages also don’t count against the limit.
- Folders can be used to organize static pages but do not increase the limit.
3. Workarounds If You Reach the Limit
- Use CMS Collections to dynamically generate pages for content-heavy sections (e.g., blog posts, services, team members).
- Use external links or third-party apps for overflow content not needing native static pages.
- Consider combining content into multi-section pages rather than splitting across separate static pages.
Summary
A Webflow site can have a maximum of 100 regular static pages per project, regardless of plan. To exceed this, use CMS Collection Pages, which are not subject to this limit.
